Abstract: Instant messaging and messaging window modification options are disclosed herein. In particular, the functionality of chat widget modification with a real time preview are discussed. In application of this disclosure, a user is enabled to configure the chat widget directly on the webpage of an application. Further, a possibility is provided to see implemented changes and location of the chat widget during modification as well as to further save any modifications in the browser memory so as to provide efficient data display. Furthermore, the disclosed invention saves the data of the final configuration of the chat widget directly in a database which may include cloud storage.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a system and method for a content display located in the chat messaging system. It facilitates communication between at least a first and a second user and further enables content sending in a more efficient and faster way. This disclosure enables users to work with complimentary and different real-time communication systems and enables the display of interactive elements presenting objects in an application. Such display may be personalized and lead to external sources like a web page or other catalog of data with further explanation necessary to purchase or order. Furthermore, the disclosure improves the storage of content that will be displayed upon a frequency of usage and distribute such storage upon two types of memory that communicate over the network.

Abstract: A system and method for communicating messages over a communication channel is disclosed wherein a user content that would ultimately make a user message is generated by a first user at a first application or widget and sent to a chat server for subsequent sending to a second user for viewing via the second user's application or widget. The refresh frequency of the user content between the first user and the server is at every up to 500 milliseconds while the send rate between the server and the second widget is at or after at least 500 milliseconds. Accordingly, the second user is able to preview the first user's message before the first user's message is ultimately written and manually sent to the second user by the first user. The second user is here able to preview the user content at up to 500 millisecond refresh rates, thereby giving the second user a real-time preview into what is being generated by the first user.

It allows the user of the embodiment to set up a velocity with which agents may be able to respond as an outcome of potential greeting what shall address the issues of queues delaying customer service process.
