    Abstract: A power plug structure is provided. The present invention includes a loop inductor, a top cover, a bottom cover, a terminal holder, a metal shell and a cable. The top cover and the bottom cover are vertically engaged with each other to form a space to accommodate the loop inductor. The terminal holder has a plate and a group of press-fit holes penetrating the plate. An upper press-fit hook of the top cover and a lower press-fit hook of the bottom cover are inserted into the press-fit holes from the rear side of the terminal holder to press-fit with the plate. The metal shell shelters the top cover and bottom cover. The cable has a plurality of wires respectively electrical connecting with wire grippers of the top cover. The abovementioned power plug structure is easy to assemble and has a wave-filtering function and a reliable structure.

    Abstract: A power connector structure is provided. The present invention includes a cable having a plurality of cores and each core provided with a terminal electrically connected thereto, an inner holder structure configured for fixing those cores and providing electricity isolation among those terminals, an inner case, a strain relief structure, and an external cover. The inner case has a main body and a plurality of out-extending positioned protrusions extending outwards from the edge of a side opening of the main body and towards the cable, wherein the out-extending positioned protrusions are disposed between those cores to separate those cores from each other. The strain relief structure is set on the side opening and substantially filled with the gap within the side opening, wherein the strain relief structure covers the out-extending positioned protrusions and a portion of the cable.

    Abstract: A power connector structure is provided. The power connector includes a cable, an inner ring structure, an inner case, a strain relief structure, and an external cover. The inner case has a main body and an out-extending protrusion. The out-extending protrusion is set on the first opening proximate to the inner ring structure and elongates from an edge of the opening. The strain relief structure is set on the first opening proximate to the inner ring structure, substantially fills a gap within the opening, and covers the out-extending protrusion and a portion of the cable. The out-extending protrusion is utilized to enhance the bonding force between the inner case and the strain relief structure to improve the product reliability.

    Abstract: An engaging structure for a card connector includes: an insulation housing having a base and plural apertures penetrating through the base, wherein plural conductive terminals are arranged within those apertures and partially extended to one side of the base, and plural positioning trenches are holed on this side of the base; a metal shell partially covering the insulation housing; and plural hooking holes formed by bending one side of the metal shell downwardly, wherein the hooking holes are set opposite to the positioning trenches, and plural resilient-sheets adaptable to engaging with the positioning trenches are extended from one side of every hooking hole. Accordingly, the hooking structure and the positioning trench structure can cooperate with each other, so that the insulation housing can engage with the metal shell tightly. Additionally, they can be easily disassembled when reworking.

Besides, every one of those solder terminals of the metal shell has a winding portion bended in a tilting angle. Additionally, the metal shell further includes a partner-fitting portion, and two short sides of the peripheral thereof bended backward to form a chamfer-type guiding portion so as to make a corresponding connector connect to the electrical connector smoothly.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an assembly structure of an electrical card, wherein the conventional plastic frame and connector are integrated into a connector frame; the connector frame is engaged with upper and lower shells via press-fitting front press-fit platelets of the upper shell and press-fit hooks of the lower shell; a back cover has two extension arms protruding from its two lateral sides, and the other ends of the upper and lower shells are press-fit to the back cover and wrap those two extension arms; and the upper shell and the lower shell are wrapped by each other and press-fit together. Thereby, the upper and lower shells, the connector frame and the back cover are assembled into an electrical card structure. The present invention has a rigid joint mechanism to assemble an electrical card having superior engagement and can be easily disassembled for fixing the circuit inside the electrical card.

A hook body is extended from behind the slot and the bottom face of the bent piece. A plurality of connection holes are formed at the boundary between the hook body and the bent piece. Insertion pieces are formed at two sides of the font end of the cover bodies. Two ends of a frame are extended to form clamping arms having positioning grooves for clamping a connector. The two cover bodies sheathe a circuit board up and down. The positioning pieces are retained in the slot and the connection holes to engage the two cover bodies.
