Transport vehicle drive-on surfaces for an autonomous transport vehicle moving the trolley cart are also provided such that a unit of trolley cart and autonomous transport vehicle can drive on the drive-on surfaces.
Abstract: The invention relates to a device comprising a stationary transfer station (3) and a trailer train (1) comprising at least one trailer-train trailer (2), for transferring loads (L) from the trailer-train trailer (2) into the stationary transfer station (3), the trailer-train trailer (2) being provided with a continuous conveyor (25) driven by a motor (27), for receiving the load (L). The motor (27) of the continuous conveyor (25) of the trailer-train trailer (2) is powered by a battery (6) of the trailer train (1). Another continuous conveyor (30) driven by another motor (32) is arranged in the transfer station (3), for receiving the load (L), the other motor (32) of the other continuous conveyor (30) being powered in the transfer station (3) in a pre-determined handling position by the battery (6) of the trailer train (1).
Abstract: A tugger train trailer including a support frame configured as a transport material cart entrained in a trailer train, which has a chassis with at least two wheels, and a lifting device configured to adjust the height of at least part of the support frame relative to the wheels. The lifting device may include at least one rotatable eccentric disc, which is supported on a cam roller. The eccentric disc may be installed on a shaft that is driven in rotation. The cam roller may be mounted on the support frame or a part of the support frame.
Abstract: A trailer-train trailer having a carrying frame for accommodating at least one material transport cart carried along in a trailer train, the carrying frame including a centrally arranged chassis having an axle, two wheels laterally supported on said axle, and an arrangement, for accommodating the material transport cart, is provided in front of and behind the chassis in a direction of travel. The arrangement for accommodating the material transport cart includes ascending and descending ramps for supporting the swiveling and/or fixed rollers of the trolley at least one material transport cart. A height-adjustable arrangement for locking the material transport cart may be arranged at the two lateral ends of the housing transversely to the direction of travel.
Abstract: A trailer includes a load-bearing carrier frame which is guided on an undercarriage and includes a lateral longitudinal member and two cross members protruding at right angles from either end thereof. Between these, a central member is secured to the longitudinal member, parallel to the cross members, and a loading opening is formed opposite said longitudinal member. A lifting device is arranged, for mutual height adjustment purposes, between the carrier frame and the undercarriage. A load-clasping gripping unit may be arranged on the central member and may be displaced in the transverse direction between the longitudinal member and the loading opening.
