Abstract: A baby carrier used for holding a baby in both face-to-face and forward-facing manners includes a carrier body 10 for accommodating a body of a baby and a wearing member 30 secured to the carrier body 10 for wearing the carrier body on a body of a user. The carrier body 10 includes at least a back rest 11 and is capable of accommodating and holding a baby in both a face-to-face holding manner in which the baby is held such that the back rest 11 is brought into contact with the back of the baby and a forward-facing holding manner in which the baby is held such that the back rest 11 is brought into contact with the chest and abdomen of the baby. The back rest 11 includes a width-reducing member 50 for reducing a width of a lower portion of the back rest 11, to be located between legs of the baby when the baby is held in a forward-facing holding manner.

Abstract: A baby carrier having a pad of the present invention comprises a carrier body 10 including at least a back rest 11 and capable of accommodating and holding a baby in both a face-to-face holding manner in which the baby is held such that the back rest 11 is brought into contact with a back of the baby and a forward-facing holding manner in which the baby is held such that the back rest 11 is brought into contact with chest and abdomen of the baby; and shoulder belts 30 and 30 mounted to the carrier body 10 and carried on left and right shoulders; wherein the baby carrier further comprises a pad 40, which can cover the back rest 11, mounted detachably in the carrier body 10, formed wider than a portion which corresponds to a crotch rest portion of the back rest 11 of the carrier body 10 when the carrier body is used in the forward-facing holding.

Abstract: A waist bag usable as a baby holder includes a waist bag body capable of supporting the weight of a baby seated thereon and a waist belt secured to the waist bag body for fixing the waist bag body to a user's waist. A shoulder strap is capable of being suspended from the user's shoulder or neck when the user holds a baby seated on the waist bag body. Both ends of the shoulder strap are connected to the waist bag body. An auxiliary strap is bridged across the shoulder strap for holding an upper part of a baby. A distance between the auxiliary strap and the waist bag body can be adjusted at both ends of the auxiliary strap, independently. Therefore, a baby can always be held by the auxiliary strap despite the baby holding position, the physique of the user or the physique of the baby.

Abstract: A waist bag usable as a baby holder has a bag body, a waist belt, a supporting member disposed in the bag body, and a shoulder strap. The supporting member is detachably fixed to the bag body by a fastening belt. A lower end of the shoulder strap is introduced into the bag body through a mouth formed thereon, and is detachably connected to the bag body by way of a buckle disposed under the supporting member.
