Abstract: The invention relates to a process for producing confectionery products, which includes production of a base composition of a sugar component with one or a plurality of sugar-containing constituents, wherein the sugar content of at least one sugar-containing constituent is more than 50 wt.-%, a protein component with one or a plurality of protein-containing constituents, wherein the protein content of at least one protein-containing constituent is more than 50 wt.-%, a fat component with one or a plurality of fat-containing constituents, wherein the fat content of at least one fat-containing constituent is more than 60 wt.-%, and a flavor additive with at least one flavoring constituent; forming of core bodies from the base composition; microwave vacuum drying of the core bodies; coating of the core bodies with at least one coating layer, in particular chocolate, which is suitable for inhibiting absorption of moisture by the core bodies.
Abstract: A packaging for food comprises a bottom portion, a lid portion and a product holder for the reception of individual pieces. In order to improve and stabilize the outward appearance of the packaging, the product holder is equipped with a peripheral edge section, which extends past the free rim of the bottom portion and has a slant sloping in the direction of the bottom portion and supports the lid portion. The lid portion is provided with a transition slant, which matches the slope of the slant of the product carrier.
Abstract: A packaging for food such as individual pieces of chocolate or candy. The packaging has an inner package with a sealing foil that seals off a product holder. An outer package that surrounds the inner package is made of stiffening material and is provided with a flange that extends parallel to the sealing foil, so that at least the rim portion of the product holder and of the sealing foil extend below the flange. A connecting seam is disposed between the sealing foil and the product holder at a distance from the outer edge of the rim portion of the product holder.
