Abstract: A low profile lighting adapter can include a first housing section configured to hold an electrical ground connection, and a second housing section configured to couple with the first housing section, the second housing section including a planar surface orthogonal to the first housing section. The low profile lighting adapter can include a second electrical connection disposed in the first housing section and opposite of a first electrical connection, wherein the first housing section is configured to allow individual actuation of the second electrical connection along an axis orthogonal to a planar surface of the second housing section. The low profile lighting adapter can include an extending arm coupled to the second housing section and configured to rotate about the axis. Certain of the disclosed embodiments can permit a live connection to be individually set at different levels to engage different electrical circuits on a light track.
