Patents Assigned to M. TANNER AG
  • Patent number: 8967993
Abstract: A device has a freely rotatable rotor (13), which is equipped at its circumference with multiple nozzle heads (14). The rotor (13) is arranged above a row of preforms (1), wherein these preforms (1) are moved onto feed rails (7, 8) in conveying direction (9). At least one of the nozzle heads (14) respectively immerses into the hollow space (11) of a preform (1) and is taken along by the latter in conveying direction (9). During the immersion, a gas stream is blown into the hollow space (11) of the preform (1) by a nozzle (16) in the nozzle head (14).

  • Patent number: 8967360
Abstract: A conveying device for cylindrical members, such as parisons (1) for hollow objects, has running rails (8, 9) which are inclined in the direction of travel of the parisons (1). A neck (3) of the parisons (1) which is part of a head (2) lies on the running rails (8, 9). A guide rail (11) which is located at a certain distance from the head (2) of the parisons (1) is fixedly arranged above the running rails (8, 9). A movable intermediate element (12) is retained and guided within the running rail (11). A force component (16) directed against the head (2) of the parisons (1) acts on the intermediate element (12).

  • Patent number: 8813944
Abstract: A separating and conveying unit in which a device for sorting out incorrectly positioned cylindrical bodies, such as for hollow bodies, is arranged. The device has a roller sorter with rollers and air nozzles arranged laterally adjacent the rollers. Incorrectly positioned cylindrical bodies are blown out of the roller sorter by the air nozzles. The air nozzles can be pivoted and at least one of the air flows escaping from the air nozzles is directed at the cylindrical body at an angle of attack.

  • Patent number: 8522956
Abstract: An arrangement for separating cylindrical bodies, such as parisons for hollow bodies, which have at least one protuberance at a first end, has a pair of parallel guide elements between which the cylindrical bodies can be erected in that the cylindrical bodies hang on the guide elements in each case by way of the protuberance. The separating arrangement here has a detecting arrangement with an ejector by means of which cylindrical bodies which, although hanging on the guide elements by way of the protuberance, do not have their second end hanging downwards or are nested one inside the other, are detected and ejected from the individual row.
