Abstract: The disclosed system and method provide the user with the capability of selecting from among various particular products utilized in the design of an interior space, such as a kitchen, reviewing product specifications, design and finish combinations, and visualizing the products, both in isolation and placed in a photorealistic depiction of the selected products in one of a selected number of different room layouts. The system provides the user with the option of creating a unique account, including contact information, and information relating to one or more product selections preferred by the customer, which may then be electronically transmitted by the customer to a selected location remote from the system. The system and method may also provide the capability for a limited group, such as product manufacturer and/or dealer personnel, to access one or more of the customers' unique accounts to obtain contact information and/or product preferences for the customers.
