Abstract: A diverter assembly (12) for use with a faucet assembly (10) including a diverter valve (78) secured to an inlet end (80) of a sprayer tube (46) and removably received within a connector (62).
Abstract: A faucet includes a spout and a manual handle that controls a manual valve located in a passageway that conducts fluid flow through the spout. An electrically operable valve is also located within the passageway. The faucet also includes an insulator located between the spout and the manual handle so that the spout is electrically isolated from the manual handle, a first touch sensor on the manual valve handle, a second touch sensor on the spout, and a capacitive sensor directly coupled to one of the first and second touch sensors and capacitively coupled to the other of the first and second touch sensors. The faucet further includes a controller coupled to the capacitive sensor. The controller monitors an output signal from the capacitive sensor to detect touching of the spout and the manual valve handle. The controller is also coupled to the electrically operable valve to control the electrically operable valve in response to the output signal from the capacitive sensor.

Abstract: A faucet spout assembly including a spout shell and a stream straightener insert. The spout shell includes an inlet end, an outlet end, and a waterway that extends between the inlet end and the outlet end. Water flows around the stream straightener insert and is delivered from the outlet end of the spout shell in a laminar, sheet-like column, giving the appearance of a large volume of water being dispensed from the faucet spout assembly.
Abstract: A faucet assembly 10 including base 28 configured to be supported by a sink deck 12, a waterway 22 supported by the base 28, and a valve cartridge 18, 20 fluidly coupled to the waterway 112 way 22. A delivery spout 26 is illustratively supported by the base 28 and receives an outlet conduit 46 in fluid communication with the waterway 22.

Abstract: A faucet assembly (10, 200, 300) including a waterway (28, 228, 328) fluidly coupled to a valve assembly (26). In one illustrative embodiment, a valve body (54, 206, 306) receives the waterway (28, 228, 328), and at least one retainer (64, 66, 216, 316, 318) restrains movement of the waterway (28, 228, 328).

Abstract: A fluid delivery device including a body having at least one waterway, a valve assembly in fluid communication with the at least one waterway, the valve assembly including a movable valve member configured to control the flow of water through the at least one waterway and a stem operably coupled to the moveable valve member for movement therewith, and a handle coupled to the stem for movement therewith. A magnetically attractive element is supported by one of the handle and the stem, and at least one magnet is supported by the other of the handle and the stem that is configured to magnetically attract the magnetically attractive element to couple the handle to the stem.
