  • Patent number: 6376847
Abstract: With a substrate stage and a mask stage continuously moved in the −Y direction, a circuit pattern is exposed to a shaped beam until the shaped beam reaches an upper left area from a lower left area, thereby obtaining a partial exposure area. Then, after the shaped beam reaches the upper left area of the circuit pattern, the substrate stage and the mask stage are shifted in the −X direction by a pitch P. Next, the substrate stage and the mask stage are continuously moved in the +Y direction until the shaped beam reaches a lower end portion from an upper end portion of the circuit pattern. In this case, the shaped beam is shaped so that an exposure dose in a double exposure portion and an exposure dose in a non-double exposure portion in the partial exposure area can be equal to each other.

  • Publication number: 20010038797
Abstract: An electric motor accommodated fixedly in position within its own casing or a housing of a compressor is provided with a non-conductive member between its stator and the casing or the housing, for preventing the stator and the casing or housing from making contact with each other. The non-conductive member is made of a material having a thermal expansion coefficient greater than that of the stator, such as resin.

  • Patent number: 5946663
Abstract: The method of planning a production schedule of the present invention has a production order preparing unit which, in response to an order, the completed product stock is allocated to the previous production schedule planned before an order change, and which prepares a production order. The production schedule which is previously planned is allocated to the production order which has been subjected to allocation of the completed product stock to the order, in accordance with information such as the product identification, the quantity, and the delivery time. The allocated portion of the previous production schedule is used as it is in the current production schedule.

  • Patent number: 5216315
Abstract: A driving piezoelectric bimorph element for tuning fork vibration and a detecting piezoelectric bimorph element for angular rate detection are aligned and put together, end to end, with their vibration directions positioned perpendicular to each other. Two of the above structure are made into a tuning fork like angular rate sensor. The polarization directions of the piezoelectric elements, that make up the piezoelectric bimorph element by bonding them together are made the same and also the two outer electrodes of the bimorph element are connected electrically with each other, with a resultant angular rate sensor capable of detecting angular rates in a stable manner against changing ambient temperatures. Particularly, the use of a conductive film electrode for making a connection between two outer electrodes and the almost equal surface areas between two outer electrodes made it possible for the angular rate sensor to detect angular rates with much stability and less temperature drifts.

  • Patent number: 4918644
Abstract: A data processing apparatus includes two data transmission paths formed likewise in a loop fashion. These data transmission paths include a plurality of latch registers connected in a cascade fashion respectively and are constituted as a so-called self-running type shift register wherein each data word constituting a data packet is shifted in sequence provided that a pre-stage register is vacant. Data packets are transmitted in the directions reverse to each other on the two loop-shaped data transmission paths an identification data included in each data packet being transmitted is detected in a section defined as a data packet pair detecting section. The detected identification data are compared in a comparing circuit and, one new data packet is produced from the two data packets in a manner that a data packet is joined from one data transmission path to the other data transmission path.
