Abstract: The invention relates to a readjustment system that comprises an advancing head, wherein a tool can be moved in an advancing direction by a tool slide which is adjusted by means of at least one piezo actuator.
Abstract: Disclosed is a rolling tool which serves for working—in particular rolling smooth—an inner lateral surface of a cylindrical clearance. For this purpose, the rolling tool has at least one rolling body, which is held in the rotatably drivable rolling tool, and can be taken along by said tool on a peripheral path along the inner lateral surface. The at least one rolling body is inserted into a radial clearance in the rolling tool and can be subjected to a pressurized fluid from the inside to the outside along the radial clearance. The fluid is an aerosol. The aerosol is a fluid mixed with gas and serves for hydrostatic bearing and lubrication.
Abstract: A method and a device for fracture separation of a workpiece and a workpiece fracture-separated by the method in accordance with the invention or with the device in accordance with the invention are disclosed. According to the invention, at a distance from a fracture separating notch at least one fracture directing notch is formed, which plays a part in determining the path followed by the fracture separating plane. The device for the fracture separation of the workpiece has a laser unit for forming the fracture separating notch and a mechanical machining unit for forming the fracture directing notch.
Abstract: There is disclosed a readjustment system comprising an advancing head supporting a cutting edge and being retained on a spindle. The cutting edge is advanced by means of an actuation element adjustable by a contactless linear drive.
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for fracture splitting workpieces and to a workpiece that is produced according to such a method. According to the invention, the feed rate and/or the laser pulse is modulated during the laser machining process dependent on the workpiece geometry and/or the laser power.
Abstract: A method for separating a bearing channel of a housing by cracking. The bearing covers of the bearing channel are separated from the housing by cracking by means of a cracking mandrel. The steps include clamping the housing at the top thereof so that the bearing channel is downwardly oriented, i.e., towards a supporting or clamping surface of the housing and supporting the bearing cover during separation by cracking by means of a counter bracket.
