For example, the price match loyalty program can be provided by a fuel station chain as an incentive to its customers by ensuring that the fuel at each station of the chain is at least as inexpensive as at other competitors in the area. The price match loyalty program can be offered for gasoline, diesel, natural gas, biofuels, or any other type of fuel. The price match loyalty program can also be offered for goods other than fuel.
