The integrated medical device is a personal, affordable, portable medical monitor, providing multiple critical vital sign data for real-time face-to-face communication with qualified health care professionals, direct from the comfort of your home (or wherever you may be travelling), whenever you need it. It is also linked to a secure patient medical record so the patient and/or healthcare professional can collect, archive and track information and trends.
