A dielectric is disposed at least partially within an internal bore of the adapter body or an internal bore of the outer contact and an inner contact is disposed at least partially within an internal bore of the dielectric. The forward projecting member of the adapter body makes a second electrical connection with the outer contact separate from the first electrical connection, there being no electrical connection between the adapter body and the outer contact between the first electrical connection and the second electrical connection.
