Abstract: Illumination device (20) for box-like or chest-like items of furniture having a body, which is provided with at least one door or flap, which can be pivoted between a closed position and an open position in relation to the body or a withdrawable part, for example a drawer or the like, which can be displaced between a closed position in which it is pushed into the body and an open position in which it is withdrawn from the body. The illumination device (20) has a holder, which can be connected to an electrical current source, for an illumination means (40), wherein a switch, which interrupts or opens the electrical connection in the event of a predetermined position of the door or flap or withdrawable part in relation to the body, is provided in the electrical connection between the current source and the illuminations means.

Abstract: The invention relates to a multipart mounting plate (10) for furniture hinges which comprises a base (12), fastened to a supporting wall of a piece of furniture, and an elongate top (16) which is adjustably retained in relation to the base (12) and on which the supporting wall stop part of a pertaining hinge can be mounted. A center part (14) is arranged between the base (12) and the top (16) and is retained in such a manner that it can be displaced longitudinally on the base but is secured from being lifted off. The top (16), in the area of the end projecting from the frame and being front in the position of fastening according to the invention, is mounted on the center part (14) so as to be swiveled about an axis which extends on the supporting wall at an angle to the longitudinal extension of the top (16) and in parallel to the fastening plane of the base (12). According to the invention, an adjusting mechanism allows to fix the top (16) in selectable swiveling positions on the center part (14).

Abstract: The invention relates to a hinge housing constructed as a push-in cup which can be installed countersunk in an opening in the inner face of the wall of a door leaf of a piece of furniture formed in the installation region from thin-walled metal, wherein the hinge housing has a cup part produced from metal and has projecting integrally from its upper edge a fixing flange which in the properly installed position on the door leaf covers the region of the inner face of the door leaf adjoining the opening in the door leaf and wherein the hinge housing has a liner plate which is disposed between the fixing flange and the inner face of the door leaf, has a corresponding opening for the cup part to pass through in the region of the opening in the door leaf and can be fixed together with the hinge housing on the inner face of the door leaf.

Abstract: Damping device (30) for hinges (10) for the pivotable articulation of door leaves (12) or door flaps on the carcass of pieces of furniture, in which the hinge has respectively a supporting wall mounting part (18) which can be fixed on the supporting wall (14) and a door leaf mounting part (24) which is pivotably coupled via a linkage mechanism (20; 22) to the supporting wall mounting part and can be fixed on the inner face of the door leaf or flap, and which is preferably constructed as a cup part which is countersunk and engages in a recess in the door leaf or flap and has a laterally projecting fixing flange which bears on the inner face of the door leaf. The damping device (30) has a damper housing which is provided on the door leaf mounting part (24) and which is provided in the cavity thereof with a fluid or gaseous damping medium and a resistance element which is movable relative to the damping medium and is coupled to an actuating element (39) which extends out of the housing.

Abstract: Hinge (10) for pivotally attaching a door leaf (12) on the body of cabinets, whereby the unobstructed width of the open front side that can be closed by the door leaf is narrowed by at least one inwardly facing frame strip (16). The mounting plate (28) of the hinge can be pre-mounted on the inwardly facing frame strip (16), wherein the mounting plate has an attachment flange that can be screwed onto the free front face (26) of the inwardly facing frame. The attachment flange extends beyond the inside of the frame into the interior of the cabinet body. The free surface of the mounting plate facing away from the frame includes an elongated strip-like projection, on which the body stop element of the hinge (10), which is formed as an elongated support arm (24) extending over the strip-like projection, can be adjustably attached.

Abstract: Furniture hardware device (20) which can be fastened to the wall of a piece of furniture because it has fastening means projecting from its surface facing the furniture wall, which can be introduced into bores in the wall of the furniture and can be secured against withdrawal from the bores. At least one of the fastening means is configured as a fastening stud which has at least one knife-edged projection (60) running substantially circumferentially. The fastening stud or studs can be shifted between a mounting position in which the at least one knife-edged projection is withdrawn into the interior of the associated bore, and a fastening position in which they cut into the wall of the fastening bore.
