Abstract: Provided is a somatosensory control device (100), comprising an intelligent electronic device (20) and at least one somatosensory control device (10) wirelessly connected and paired. The at least one somatosensory control device (10) comprises a posture sensing module (12), a transmission module (14) and a power supply module (16). The posture sensing module (12) is configured to sense motion posture data. The intelligent electronic device (20) is configured to receive the motion posture data and recognize corresponding motion according to the motion posture data to perform corresponding operations. A somatosensory control method is further provided.
