Abstract: A shelving system includes brackets attached to support posts to hold the shelves above a horizontal support surface, such as a ground or floor. The support posts have a plurality of spaced apart projecting pins extending from opposite sidewalls thereof. The brackets each have a flange that defines holes to receive respective ones of the projecting pins. Each bracket is further secured to a support post with a C-shaped locking clip having first and second arms with hook-shaped fingers that hook around respective pins on opposite sidewalls of the support post. One of the arms of the C-shaped locking clip holds the bracket flange against the inner sidewall of the support post and the hook-shaped finger of such arm mates with one of the pins received in one of the holes of the bracket.

A lever is set to lock the outer and inner collar portions to one another, and pulled to release the collar portions. The bracket assembly further has clamps that engage the shield panel at or near each of the front and rear panel edges.

A cassette defining an internal compartment that leads to a drain may be mounted to a back surface of the back wall of the work table. When a cassette is so mounted, the rear wall of the water plate then may be held inside the cassette, slidably engaged between a rod support inside the cassette and an internal wall of the cassette.

When the spit rod is secured to the spit wheels of a rotisserie, the diverter pan remains bottom wall down during rotisserie rotation.
