    Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for simultaneously monitoring intrauterine pressure and delivering infusible fluids therein for relief of fetal distress during labor with ruptured membranes. The apparatus comprises a catheter assembly having a first and second catheter and a guide tube for providing passage of the catheter assembly therethrough into the uterus.
