Abstract: A drilling unit for drilling a hole, wherein the drilling unit comprising a drilling head (1). Said drilling head (1) further comprising pulling means (2) for pulling a casing (7) into the hole, a pilot bit (3) for drilling a center hole, connecting means and a ring bit assembly (4) for reaming the center hole for the casing (7). Said ring bit assembly (4) being connected to said pilot bit (3) by the connecting means and to said casing (7) by the pulling means (2). Said ring bit assembly (4) comprising a carrier (5) comprising carrier coupling means (23) and a plurality of ring bit segments (6) movably attached to said carrier coupling means (23).

Abstract: An arrangement and a method for installing a casing in a borehole are described. The arrangement includes a casing, a boring pipe, which is adapted within the casing, and the boring pipe includes flow channels for compressed air and a flushing medium. The flushing medium flow channel is arranged to lead the flushing medium to the bottom of the borehole. The arrangement also includes a percussion hammer, which includes a compressed air operated percussion piston adapted in a cylinder of the percussion hammer, as well as hole drilling means for drilling a hole for the casing. The flushing medium flow channel is adapted to bypass the percussion piston or which flushing medium flow channel is adapted to pass through the percussion piston, and in which arrangement the drilling means additionally includes splines transmitting a rotating motion and adapted to conduct the compressed air that used the percussion piston through the splines.

Abstract: A drilling device for drilling a hole in the ground and/or rock and having in its drilling head a plurality of drilling wing bits arranged at equal distribution with their mutual position being adjustable such that the wing bits are located within a minimum diameter dimension and, on the other hand, adjustable such that they are located to drill a hole with a maximum size diameter and that the drilling device is arranged to pull, during drilling, a protective pipe into the hole at least when drilling the hole in the ground. An outer circumference of the wing bits includes a circumferential groove arranged to receive a ring belonging to a front part of the protective pipe, to an inner surface thereof, when the wing bits are adjusted to a diameter size substantially larger than the minimum diameter dimension in order to pull the protective pipe via the wing bits.

Abstract: A hammering and rotatable drill bit, which is meant for ground and rock drilling includes a hollow shaft having a hole that is adjusted to direct flushing air onto the drilling surface to the front of the drill bit and further from there towards the outer edge of the drill bit. the drill bit includes a drilling part which protrudes from the surface of the drill bit, functions as a drill point and drills the mid-area of the hole to be created wherein the mentioned part is adjusted to prevent the flushing flow from flowing directly through the mentioned hole located inside the shaft onto the drilling surface.
