Abstract: A bracket mount assembly includes a mounting plate and a base assembly. The mounting plate includes a mounting aperture. The mounting aperture has an aperture cross-sectional width. The base assembly includes a first fastener and a second fastener. A first width is defined as a width between the first and second fasteners proximal to a first end of the base assembly. A second width is defined as a width between the first and second fasteners proximal to a second, opposing end of the primary fastener. A third width is defined as a width between the first and second fasteners at a point between the first and second ends of the primary fastener. The third width is greater than each of the first width, the second width and the aperture cross-sectional width.
