A cured-resin layer is thereby obtained where the surface layer of the cured resin is provided with antistatic properties, and is strongly held by chemical bonding.

The oxidation product has an increased selectivity of 4,4'-diisopropylbiphenyl dihydroperoxide and, therefore, produces the desired product in high yield upon acid decomposition.
