  • Patent number: 9885175
Abstract: A vibration damper device includes a pair of viscoelastic dampers, lower braces which support the viscoelastic dampers from below, upper braces which support the viscoelastic dampers from above, lower connection members which connect the viscoelastic dampers to the lower braces, upper connection members which connect the viscoelastic dampers to the upper braces, and first joining members and second joining members which join the pair of viscoelastic dampers. Each lower brace includes a lower recess which avoids interference with the central vertical frame, and a lower slit into which the lower connection member is inserted. Each upper brace includes an upper recess which avoids interference with the central vertical frame, and an upper slit into which the upper connection member is inserted.

  • Patent number: 5123600
Abstract: Wet refuse together with some amount of water may be deposited through a drain port of a sink tub in a common household. The wet refuse is then comminuted into finely divided pieces in a fully automatic manner by a wet refuse crusher without the need for any manual operation, and charged, together with water, into a wet refuse disposer containing a bed or matrix of particulate material loaded with microorganism such as soil bacteria capable of decomposing organics where all of the wet refuse is decomposed and consumed in at most about half a day as the finely divided pieces of wet refuse have tens or hundreds of times as great surface area as the wet refuse in its original form. The water entrained with the wet refuse is passed and discharged through the particulate bed material having a filtering function.

  • Patent number: 5114081
Abstract: A system for mechanically and biologically decomposing a garbage discharged from a house, a restaurant or the like at high operational efficiency is disclosed. The system includes a disposer for disintegrating the garbage into a large number of pieces, a solid/liquid separator for separating water from the disintegrated garbage and a garbage decomposing vessel for biologically dissolving the solid disintegrated garbage from which water has been substantially separated in the solid/liquid separator. To promote biological decomposition of the solid disintegrated garbage in the garbage decomposing vessel, pulverized wood is normally used instead of soil as a raw material for forming a decomposing bacillus growing bed in the garbage decomposing vessel. Prior to practical use, the pulverized wood is thermally processed.
