Publication number: 20080205507Abstract: When a switching target device receives a media output indication from a sender device, a switch (401) connects with contact B, which causes all image data stored in an extended media buffer (402) to be inputted in a decoder (201), starting from the first frame (which is an I-frame) of the image data. The decoder (201) decodes the image data, starting from the I-frame, and stores a reconstructed image in a reconstructed-image buffer (202). A reconstructed image required for decoding video picture data outputted from a media buffer (2108) is held in the reconstructed-image buffer (202). Thus, when device switching occurs, the decoder (201) can immediately start decoding regardless of whether video picture data inputted from the media buffer (2108) is an intraframe.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 8, 2006Publication date: August 28, 2008Applicant: MITSUSHITA ELECTRIC INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD.Inventors: Daisaku Komiya, Yoshimasa Honda, Sachiko Takeshita

Publication number: 20040059928Abstract: A secure LSI device 1 includes an encryption section 2 for encrypting a program, and an external I/F 50 for inputting/outputting a program or data from/to an external memory 100. In the encryption section 2, the operation of a private key arithmetic processing section 20 is prohibited with respect to a sequence whose execution is determined by a key-generation/update sequencer 30 to be impermissible. In the external I/F 50, a program processing section 51 and a data processing section 55 are structured independently from each other.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 4, 2003Publication date: March 25, 2004Applicant: Mitsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Makoto Fujiwara, Yusuke Nemoto, Junichi Yasui, Takuji Maeda, Takayuki Ito, Yasushi Yamada, Shinji Inoue

Patent number: 6219285Abstract: In a semiconductor storage device, a dummy redundancy decision circuit detects the endpoint of redundancy decision made by a column redundancy decision circuit and outputs a end-of-redundancy-decision signal RED. Responsive to the signal RED, a control signal generator outputs normal and redundant column control signals NEN and REN to normal and redundant column decoders, respectively, based on a result of the redundancy decision made by the column redundancy decision circuit and represented by a signal XSYP. Accordingly, a time a normal column select signal Y is output to select a normal column and a time a redundant column select signal SY is output to select a redundant column are both later than a reference time by an interval of the same length. In addition, the interval between the end of data line pre-charging and the start of data line potential amplification can be shortened. As a result, data can be read out much faster.Type: GrantFiled: November 3, 1999Date of Patent: April 17, 2001Assignee: Mitsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Yasuo Murakuki, Akinori Shibayama

Patent number: 6162296Abstract: The method and the apparatus of manufacturing the I-III-VI.sub.2 type chalcopyrite semiconductor thin films of the present invention control the film composition easily and improve the reproducibility of films by monitoring the composition of the films during forming the films. The apparatus comprise the substrate holder and heater which are in the vacuum chamber and Mo-coated glass substrate on which Cu(In,Ga)Se.sub.2 films are deposited. The change of the substrate temperature is monitored by the use of a heating element to heat the substrate by releasing a certain quantity of heat, a mechanism of measuring a temperature of the heated substrate. The change of power supplied is monitored by the use of a power source for the heating element to keep the substrate at a certain temperature and a mechanism of monitoring the change of the power supplied to the heating element. The changes in substrate temperature or power supplied can be correlated to the film composition.Type: GrantFiled: February 18, 1999Date of Patent: December 19, 2000Assignee: Mitsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Naoki Kohara, Takayuki Negami, Mikihiko Nishitani, Takahiro Wada

Patent number: 6157289Abstract: The invention presents a PTC thermistor which is high in adhesive strengths of inner- and outer-layer electrodes composed of metallic foil respectively stuck to conductive sheets, and has a larger current breaking characteristic. It contains a laminated body (13) which is formed by alternately laminating a plurality of conductive sheets (14) and an inner-layer electrode (11) composed of metallic foil having first plated layers (12) so that the conductive sheets (14) can become the outermost layers, an outer-layer electrode (18) positioned at the outermost layer of the laminated body (13), and having a second plated layer (16) on a side facing the inner-layer electrode (11), and side-face electrode layers 20) disposed at facing sides of the laminated body 913) for connecting electrically the inner-layer electrode (11) and outer-layer electrode (18).Type: GrantFiled: March 9, 1999Date of Patent: December 5, 2000Assignee: Mitsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Junji Kojima, Kohichi Morimoto, Takashi Ikeda, Naohiro Mikamoto

Patent number: 6144742Abstract: Disclosed is an optical disk barcode forming method wherein, as information to be barcoded, position information for piracy prevention, which is a form of ID, is coded as a barcode and is recorded by laser trimming on a reflective film in PCA area of an optical disk. When playing back the thus manufactured optical disk on a reproduction apparatus, the barcode data can be played back using the same optical pickup.Type: GrantFiled: September 22, 1999Date of Patent: November 7, 2000Assignee: Mitsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Yoshiho Gotoh, Mitsuaki Oshima, Shinichi Tanaka, Kenji Koishi, Mitsuro Moriya

Patent number: 5512960Abstract: An adaptive type color demodulation apparatus for the PAL system includes a first color demodulating circuit (PAL-D) for demodulating a PAL system chrominance signal between scanning lines and a second color demodulating circuit (PAL-S) for demodulating the PAL system chrominance signal on a scanning line. Also included is a vertical correlation detecting circuit for detecting a vertical correlation between chrominance signals which are separated by two horizontal periods and a selector for selecting either an output of the first color demodulating circuit or an output of the second color demodulating circuit in response to the detected result of the correlation detecting circuit. Accordingly, hue distortion of the chrominance signal which occurs during signal transmission is cancelled even if the phase distortion is large and a precise color signal is demodulated even if there is no correlation between adjacent scanning lines.Type: GrantFiled: March 31, 1995Date of Patent: April 30, 1996Assignee: Mitsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventor: Takahisa Hatano
