Abstract: The cove fixture described herein is formed of an extruded elongated trough body having a series of grooves on the inner face of its side walls, an additional wall extends upwardly from within the body and includes also a groove longitudinally thereof. A fluorescent supporting plate is slidably mounted in the grooves so that one or more fluorescent lamp may be longitudinally adjusted in the body to provide optimum light distribution over the wall of a room where the light fixture is mounted.

Abstract: A light assembly for mounting to a synoptic display panel is composed of a tile having a transparent surface portion, of a light-conducting transparent body, having at one end thereof adjacent to the tile, a diffusion surface, of a hollow block with baffles dividing the block into chambers in which are disposed light elements, and of a transparent plate mounted between the baffles housing and the transparent body; the transparent plate displays a geometrical pattern of colored areas, each area corresponding in shape to the cross-sectional area of a chamber with which it is in registry so that the light emitted from one of the light elements is colored by the area registered therewith, transmitted through the light-conducting body to the diffusion surface and emerges from the transparent surface portion of the tile.

Abstract: The disclosure herein describes an element so constructed as to inter-connect with a similarly constructed element in the making of a mosaic display panel, the element defining a rectangular body, the outer wall of which is provided with a longitudinal projecting guide and a longitudinal channel transversely spaced from one another; the channel has a cross-section so dimensioned as to include therein the cross-section of the guide whereby the guide and channel of an adjacently disposed similarly constructed element may interfit in the channel and guide, respectively, of the first element; each channel includes, at one end thereof, an entry pocket to funnel initial engagement of the guide of two adjacent elements to be engaged to one another in a sliding motion.

Abstract: The disclosure herein describes an element which is adapted for connection to other components of a diagram board, such as a mosaic display panel, which element displays a pair of legs depending from one sidewall thereof; the outer face of one leg is concave while the outer face of the other leg is convex; the legs are made of elastic material so that they are flexible in a first direction which is in a plane perpendicular to the sidewall and in a second direction which is in a longitudinal plane that includes the pair of legs to enable engagement with another component of the assembly.

Abstract: A mosaic display panel is formed of a series of interconnected horizontal and vertical supports and of a mosaic of tiles and control instruments; a cluster of interfittingly connected elements is provided for mounting the tiles and instruments to the vertical supports; each side wall of each mounting element has a longitudinal projecting tab and a longitudinal guideway, both of substantially complementary shape, so that the tab and guideway of one side wall of this mounting element may be respectively engaged with the guideway and the tab of the side wall of an adjacent mounting element whereby a cluster of such mounting elements may be formed and mounted to two adjacent vertical supports.
