Patent number: 11928957Abstract: An audio visual haptic signal reconstruction method includes first utilizing a large-scale audio-visual database stored in a central cloud to learn knowledge, and transferring same to an edge node; then combining, by means of the edge node, a received audio-visual signal with knowledge in the central cloud, and fully mining semantic correlation and consistency between modals; and finally fusing the semantic features of the obtained audio and video signals and inputting the semantic features to a haptic generation network, thereby realizing the reconstruction of the haptic signal. The method effectively solves the problems that the number of audio and video signals of a multi-modal dataset is insufficient, and semantic tags cannot be added to all the audio-visual signals in a training dataset by means of manual annotation. This method can realize diverse site-directed modification of the DNA, can be used to study the base structure-function relationship of a functional DNA, and construct a functional DNA with higher activity. The present method is simple and easy to use, and can reduce the cost and the time required for modification. First, four sets of three-step phase-shifting fringe patterns with different frequencies (including 1, 8, 32, and 64) are projected to the tested objects. The three-step phase-shifting fringe images acquired by the camera are processed to obtain the wrapped phase map using a three-step phase-shifting algorithm. Then, a multi-frequency temporal phase unwrapping (MF-TPU) algorithm is used to unwrap the wrapped phase map to obtain a fringe order map of the high-frequency phase with 64 periods. A residual convolutional neural network is built, and its input data are set to be the wrapped phase maps with frequencies of 1 and 64, and the output data are set to be the fringe order map of the high-frequency phase with 64 periods.
