Abstract: A label having at least one resealable brochure and being suitable for attachment to a mounting surface includes a base planar member having oppositely disposed first and second surfaces and a first lateral edge, the first surface being suitable for coupling the base planar member to the mounting surface, a brochure sheet including a second lateral edge that partially overlies the base member, a planar overlying member and a planar tab, wherein, a portion of the brochure sheet and overlying member project beyond the first lateral edge of the base planar member such that when the label is attached to the mounting surface, the overlying member may be selectively uncoupled and recoupled to the mounting surface. Also disclosed are methods of making the labels.

Abstract: A method for making a unitary label suitable for attachment to an object with a circumference, including forming the label with first and second contiguous label portions. The first and second label portions each have top and bottom surfaces. The first and second label portions have a combined length which is greater than the circumference of the object. The method further includes printing ink on at least one of the top surface of the first label portion and the top surface of the second label portion and the bottom surface of the second label portion, while also applying pressure sensitive adhesive to the bottom surface of the first label portion.

Abstract: A unitary labeling apparatus for a container having a cap secured over an opening to an interior hollow, the apparatus including: a non-shrinkable base label suitable for being secured about a periphery of the container and to a portion of the cap; and, a shrinkable overlayer secured to the base label and suitable for being shrunk about the periphery of the container and a periphery of the cap; wherein, the unitary labeling apparatus is suitable for evidencing accessing of the container interior hollow via removal of the cap once secured about the container.

Abstract: A unitary label adapted for affixation to an object such as a product container. The label includes a first portion which is affixable to an object to be labeled and a second portion contiguous with the first portion. The label is wrapped about the target object and the combined length of the label is greater than the circumference of the object whereby the second portion functions as a resealable and/or removable flap which offers additional available print areas on both its top and bottom surfaces. A method for making the unitary label is also disclosed.

Abstract: A pressure sensitive brochure label is both resealable and readily applicable to containers with sharp or small radius corners. The label comprises a pressure sensitive base label, a specially die cut brochure and a pressure sensitive overlayer, the overlayer serving to join the brochure to the base label, the base label and the brochure providing areas capable of carrying printing. The top leaf of the brochure projects beyond an edge of the base label and a portion of the overlayer projecting beyond the top leaf provides for sealing and resealing of the brochure in conjunction with a die cut tab on the brochure. In another embodiment, a relief notch in the base label in conjunction with the tab and portion of the overlayer which projects beyond the top leaf provides for sealing and resealing of the brochure.

The thermal insulation includes a second dielectric layer and thermally insulative material combined with the second dielectric layer for enhancing the structural strength of the second dielectric layer.
