Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a polymeric composite material comprising at least one polymer material and a quantity of an adhesive component, wherein the adhesive component comprises a reinforcement material, for use as a lining, especially in sealing leaks in pipes. A tool for the installation of the lining is also provided.
