Patent number: 11191373Abstract: A mounting device is provided for hanging articles on a wall or other mounting surface. The disclosed mounting device includes a bracket having a raised center portion arranged between two side portions formed integral and contiguous with the raised center portion, and a fastener having a flattened head and a shaft extending therefrom. The raised center portion of the bracket includes a first pair of opposing sidewalls, and the flattened head of the fastener includes a second pair of opposing sidewalls. When the flattened head of the fastener is slidably engaged with the raised center portion of the bracket, each of the second pair of opposing sidewalls is arranged adjacent and parallel to a respective one of the first pair of opposing sidewalls. This prevents substantial rotational movement of the bracket around the fastener to ensure that the wall-mounted article remains at a desired location and orientation on the wall.Type: GrantFiled: November 22, 2019Date of Patent: December 7, 2021Assignee: Nielsen & Bainbridge, LLC.Inventors: Kimkie Ng, Patrick Pun, Randall Ben Faltesek, Jamey Yarnall, John Fenno

Publication number: 20100171010Abstract: A matboard corner sample display system. The system includes a caddy that holds matboard corner samples such that one leg of the matboard is vertical and perpendicular to the outwardly extending second leg. The caddy includes a base, an inner vertical support attached thereto, and an outer vertical support. The inner and outer vertical supports are shaped in an arc and disposed concentrically such that a channel is formed between the inner and outer vertical support. The caddy can be shaped as a closed arc and divided into two sections that are pivotally connected by a hinge. The two sections can be separated by opening the hinge to allow a matboard corner samples in each sections to be positioned without physically interfering.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 6, 2009Publication date: July 8, 2010Applicant: Nielsen & Bainbridge LLCInventor: Victoria Petitt

Publication number: 20100140433Abstract: A device for displaying and holding mat board corner samples is provided. The device includes two end members, between which mat board corner samples can be seated. The end members may include a plurality of notches so that a plurality of generally L-shape mat board corner samples can be seated at varying offsets relative to each other. The end members may alternatively include flat surfaces so that generally chevron-shaped mat board corner samples can be slidably seated between the end members at varying offsets relative to each other. The end members are attached to a support and can be removable seated on a display board. Art work can be removable mounted on the display board as well. Thus, mat board corner samples that are seated between the two end members can be displayed in conjunction with art work to be framed.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 23, 2007Publication date: June 10, 2010Applicant: Nielsen & Bainbridge LLCInventors: Vanzgen John Houssian, Madlen Houssian

Publication number: 20090242496Abstract: A mat board corner sample organizing system is disclosed. A plurality of mat board corner samples is provided and the mat board corner samples have various properties. A notch is disposed on an edge of each mat board corner sample. The notch is located along the edge of the mat board corner sample at a predetermined location according to the properties of the mat board corner sample. Thus, the location of the notch correlates to the properties of the mat board corner samples. The mat board corner samples can be arranged in groups, and the mat board corner samples in each group have a common property. The notches on the mat board corner samples in each group are located at the same location. Thus, the mat board corner samples can be maintained in organized groups by grouping together mat board corner samples that have notches at the same location.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 31, 2008Publication date: October 1, 2009Applicant: Nielsen & Bainbridge LLCInventors: Vazgen John Houssian, Madlen Houssian
