  • Patent number: 7806679
Abstract: A drawing apparatus is capable of releasing a material, the inner surface of which has been formed into a concavo-convex shape with drawing, from a mold with excellent release performance, even in the case where the concavo-convex part formed in the inner surface of the product is of a shape causing it to get caught in the direction of pulling out of the product against the mold. The mold is formed in a split structure having a concavo-convex surface shape and is contractible in diameter after the forming of the material.

  • Patent number: 7731201
Abstract: A work fixing device capable of stably fixing the work, without any biasing, in the longitudinal direction of the work, of the fastening force for fixing the work. The moving mechanism of clamps is constructed by comprising a scroll disc as working disc forming a circular hole in which to insert the work at the center and scroll guides in spiral shape the winding direction of which is opposite to each other from the center toward the outer circumference on the both side faces, a rotary drive mechanism for rotatably driving this scroll disc, and scroll pieces having a fitting portion to be engaged with the scroll guides of the scroll disc and disposed on both sides of the scroll disc in a way to correspond to a plurality of clamps respectively.

  • Patent number: 6913379
Abstract: With conventional closed kneaders, the temperature of the kneaded material remains high at the end of primary kneading because insufficient cooling is made in the interior part of the kneaded material, making it necessary to either provide cooling time between the primary and secondary kneading or to transfer materials to another kneader after the end of primary kneading for the secondary kneading. This has constituted an obstruction to productivity. In view of such problems, a closed kneader is capable of controlling the kneaded material temperature at the end of primary kneading at a level no higher than the temperature that allows addition of a vulcanizing agent line, and can perform secondary kneading immediately after the end of primary kneading. In a closed kneader provided with a chamber for storing kneaded material and a pair of rotors installed in the chamber, the proportion of the radius of the rotor shaft to the radius on the inner face of the chamber is kept at no less than 0.65.

  • Patent number: 6823704
Abstract: A forming apparatus forming part of or the entire circumference of a cylindrical work piece into a circular or deformed circular shape, such as an ellipse, etc. A spindle mechanism has a processing tool R mounted at the tip of the spindle, and a holding mechanism holds the cylindrical work piece W disposed in a way to face the spindle mechanism. An axial shifting means for shifts the spindle mechanism and the holding mechanism relatively in the axial direction of the spindle. A shifting motion means enabling the holding mechanism to make prescribed shifting motion, and a control mechanism drives the axial shifting means and shifting motion means in linkage with each other.

  • Patent number: 6338197
Abstract: The manufacturing cost of a multi-stage pulley is reduced without coaxially arranging a plurality of groove forming sections. While a portion between groove sections 103 is being pushed by a pushing roller 204, the groove sections 103 are successively formed. While a portion of workpiece W2 pushed by a groove forming roller 206 to form one groove section 103a and a portion of workpiece W2 pushed by a groove forming roller 207 to form the other groove section 103b are being shifted from each other in the circumferential direction, one groove section (103a) and the other groove section (103b) are simultaneously formed. Due to the foregoing, when the groove sections 103 are formed, it is possible to prevent the deformation of the groove section 103 and the groove section 103 which is adjacent to it. Accordingly, it is possible to enhance the yield of the multi-stage pulley 100 without coaxially arranging a plurality of groove forming sections.

  • Patent number: 6311908
Abstract: The present invention is designed to perform a primary crushing operation including hooking and crushing of the top face part of waste through cooperation of a supporting projection and a first crushing roller. The first crushing roller also conveys the waste. A secondary crushing operation includes crushing of a bottom face part and the top face part of the waste W, while lifting the waste is performed by the first crushing roller and a second crushing roller. And, a tertiary crushing operation including crushing of the object material, that is to be crushed, into small pieces and discharging of these pieces separately from the materials that are unfit for crushing is performed by the second crushing roller and a third crushing roller.

  • Patent number: 6295856
Abstract: A drawing system improves the durability and accuracy of final casting shapes with a mandrel device by utilizing a compact speed-change mechanism. At the tip of a spindle 10, a drawing tool mounting base 15 slidably supports a drawing tool R in a radial direction. At the tip of a cam shaft 24 inserted concentrically with the spindle 10, a cam plate 22 moves the drawing tool R in a radial direction. The spindle 10 and cam shaft 24 are engaged with each other through a speed-change mechanism 30. The speed-change mechanism is in parallel with the spindle 10 and cam shaft 24. The spindle 10 and the cam shaft 24 comprise hollow shafts.
