Abstract: A type of lightweight, multi-use headware is provided which has an aperture on one or both sides of the headware for temporarily receiving a small illuminating device in a non-obstructive manner that allows the handle of the illuminating device to be securely held within the interior of the headware. When the illuminating device is removed from the aperture the headware may be more traditionally used to shield the user's face and eyes from sunlight.
