Abstract: An electric bus bar for low to medium current magnitudes is produced by co-extruding a support structure and a plurality of strips embedded therein. The material of the support structure is plastic and non-electroplatable, whereas the material of the strip is plastic and electroplatable. After a one-piece support element comprising the support structure and the strips has been formed by the co-extrusion step, exposed surfaces of the strips are electroplated with an electrically conductive material.
Abstract: The invention relates to a harmonic drive (12) which can be provided with overload protection that is easy to influence constructionally and a free-wheeling characteristic. To this end, the spokes (21) of the internal geared wheel (15) are specifically deformable depending on the torque or the direction of rotation. The spoke shafts (22) are divided crosswise to the drive axis (24) or in a radial direction in relation thereto. This division (45) is bridged over flexibly in the peripheral direction of the internal geared wheel so that the effective radial length of the spoke may be reduced in the presence of the appropriate bending stress by buckling the shaft, in order to then eliminate the local toothing contact between the internal geared wheel edges (13) and the outer support ring (11) in the extension of the spoke.
Abstract: The star-shaped internal geared wheel (15) of a harmonic drive (12) consists of individual tappets (21) which are displaceably interconnected by a retainer ring (28) which circles them at approximately half the height of the tappet shaft, so that they form a single part that can be handled. The inner front end (28) of the tappet shaft, which is thermally dimensionally stable, is provided with a guiding shoe or at least provided with a slide-resistant coating opposite a radially elastically compressible head (26). The internal geared wheel (15) is produced as a one-part plastic injection-moulded element in a multiple component method, with a thermally dimensionally stable foot (23), support ring arms (28) which are elastically moulded onto the respective dimensionally stable and extremely resistant tappet shaft and head walls (27,32) consisting of different plastics.
Abstract: The invention relates to a gear motor which is easy to install and which due to its especially flat design can be utilized in various ways also in narrow spaces. To this end, the gearmotor is provided on one side of a wheel-shaped housing base body with an especially short motor and on the opposite side and in a coaxial relation thereto with a reducing gear. The main gear drive element can be configured integrally with the motor shaft and with a circular disk as the line support for the disk-shaped rotor by plastic injection molding. The track of said line support is introduced in the disk surface as an electroconductive lining by way of MID technology.
