Abstract: An apparatus for punching holes is provided. The apparatus may include a base movable from a first position to a second position and first and second punch assemblies attached to and movable with the base. The punch assemblies may each include parallel punches movable relative to the base and having an end. The apparatus may include first and second cams fixed to a rotatable shaft and having an engagement portion for engagement with the ends of the respective punches at a predetermined rotation position of the shaft. When the base is in the first position, rotation of the shaft to the predetermined rotation position may cause movement of only one of the punches relative to the base. When the base is in the second position, rotation of the shaft to the predetermined rotation position may cause movement of only the other punch of the punch assemblies.

Abstract: An article holder includes a base, a pair of opposing side walls spaced apart and diverging away from each other moving forward from the rear of the base, and lower and upper rear walls spaced from each other and substantially co-planar. The base, side walls and rear walls define a storage region for holding articles in a vertical orientation, and provide that one holder may be nested within another like holder.

Abstract: An article holder for holding articles in a generally horizontal orientation includes a base, and a pair of side walls spaced apart and opposed to each other and extending upwardly in relation to a respective one of side edges of the base, and a rear wall extending upwardly near a rear edge of the base. A pair of opposed lower rims extend outwardly from near respective lower edges of the side walls, and a leg extend downwardly from each of the lower rims. A pair of upper rims extend outwardly from respective top edges of the side walls, and include slot elements defining a space and adapted to receive the leg of a like article holder when the two holders are in a stacked configuration. In addition, the slot element is adapted such that a portion of the slot element of an upper holder at least partially overlies the slot element of a like underlying article holder when the two holders are in a nested configuration.

Abstract: A punch apparatus for punching holes through a paper stack. The apparatus has a rotationally attached lever handle. The lever handle has a handle end, a contact end, and a rotation axis between the handle end and the contact end. When a downward force is applied to the handle end, the lever handle rotates about the rotation axis. The contact end of the lever handle then exerts a force on a lever arm which in turn rotates a main shaft and attached pressure plate. As a result, the pressure plate exerts a punching force down on punch pins causing them to punch down through the paper stack.
