Abstract: A hair transplanter includes: a needle channel bundle including a center shaft and a plurality of needle channels coupled to an outer circumference of the center shaft to be slidable up and down; a channel rotation unit configured to rotate the needle channel bundle by a predetermined angle corresponding to one needle channel; and a push bar disposed on an upper portion of the needle channel bundle, and configured to push down one needle channel of a predetermined position, wherein each of the needle channels includes a body having a tubular inner space formed therein, a needle coupled to a lower end of the body, and a core shaft slidably disposed in the tubular inner space and the needle, wherein the plurality of needle channels are arranged on the outer circumference of the center shaft radially at equal intervals with reference to a center axis of the center shaft.
