Abstract: A quick-change device for automatically changing an attachment on a construction machine includes first receptacles disposed on one side of a support for receiving a first coupling element; second receptacles disposed on the other side of the support for receiving a second coupling element, with the second receptacles having at least one locking element which moves between a release position for coupling or uncoupling the attachment and a locked position for holding the attachment in place on the quick-change device; and a display device disposed on the support for monitoring the lock status. The display device includes an electrical lock status indicator and an electrical control unit which activates the lock status indicator in an extended locked position of the locking element and deactivates it in a retracted release position and an extended position of the locking element different from the locked position.

In order to avoid damage to the support caused by improper strain on the capturing device, the capturing device has at least one capturing hook pivotably arranged on the support.

Abstract: An adapter for a quick-change system for changing attachments on a construction machine, which contains two parallel pin-like coupling elements arranged between parallel side parts at a stipulated spacing from each other for connection of the adapter to a quick coupler and a coupling element support releasably fastened to one of the coupling elements to secure the coupling elements. In order to permit simplified fastening, the coupling element support is connected directly to the pin-like coupling element secured against torsion via a releasable form-fit connection.

A replaceable intermediate piece is arranged on the first coupling piece provided with first electrical contact elements and/or the second coupling piece provided with second electrical contact elements to produce an electrical connection between the first coupling piece and the second coupling piece.

Abstract: A quick-change coupler device for coupling and uncoupling implement attachments to and from construction site equipment includes a carrier assembly, first receiving members disposed on one side of the carrier assembly for receiving a first coupling member, second receiving members disposed on the other side of the carrier assembly for receiving a second coupling member, a locking unit dedicated to the second receiving members and capable of moving between a release position and a locking position, and a catch unit disposed on the carrier assembly for catching the implement attachment. To simplify coupling and to ensure an increased safety level, the catch unit comprises at least one catch hook swivel-mounted on the carrier assembly and a control unit controls swivel of the catch hook between a folded-in and a folded-out position. The control unit is actuated by the first coupling member and is actuated independently of the locking unit.

Abstract: A quick-change coupler device for coupling and uncoupling an implement attachment to a construction vehicle comprises a support member; first receiving members on one side of the support member for receiving a first coupling member; second receiving members disposed on the other side for receiving a second coupling member, the second receiving members having a locking member moveable between a release position for coupling or uncoupling the implement attachment and a coupling position for retaining the implement attachment on the coupler device; and a mechanical signaling mechanism for monitoring the locking status. The mechanical signaling mechanism comprises an assembly for signaling failure of the second coupling member to engage in the second receiving members.
