Abstract: An adjustable bracket device for selectively mounting on buildings a plurality of rain gutters of different sizes and shapes, includes a base having an elongate mounting member and an integral arm member projecting outwardly therefrom. An extension member is attachable to the arm member in multiple overlapping relationships forming the assembled arm and extension members of differing collective lengths. The base is disposed within a selected gutter in a substantially vertical orientation with the mounting member abutted against the back wall of the gutter and is secured to a vertical building wall via a fastener penetrated through mounting member and through the back wall of the gutter. The collective overlapping length of the arm and extension members is selected to conform to the width of the selected gutter to extend laterally across the full channel width of the gutter into supporting engagement with the front wall of the gutter.

Abstract: A seam plate implement assembly comprises a substrate having a longitudinal extent and upon which a plurality of seam plates are fixedly disposed at predetermined uniformly spaced longitudinal positions which correspond to the transverse spacing defined between the crest portions of an underlying corrugated roof decking substructure. In this manner, when a particular one of the membrane plates is fixedly secured to one of the crest portions of the underlying corrugated roof decking substructure by suitable threaded fasteners, the remaining membrane plates will be automatically properly aligned with the other crest portions of the underlying corrugated roof decking substructure so as to automatically ensure proper and secure fixation of the seam plates upon the roof decking assembly.

Abstract: A new and improved seam plate, for use in connection with securing roofing membranes to underlying roofing decking substructures, comprises a circular disk having a central aperture for receiving a screw fastener, a plurality of concentric ribs for providing reinforcing and bending or flexibility characteristics to the seam plate, and a plurality of circumferentially spaced, downwardly extending projections or eyehooks. Structure is provided upon the seam plate such that the downwardly extending projections or eyehooks, disposed upon, for example, a first one of a plurality of stacked or nested seam plates, are prevented from entering and becoming interlocked with openings or apertures defined within a second one of the plurality of stacked or nested seam plates.
