Abstract: Compositions of a slow-release nitrogen-containing fertilizer and iron chelated to an aminopolycarboxylic acid or a polycarboxylic acid. The composition can be useful as a fertilizer for rapid greening of turfgrass.
Abstract: A bait station having an enclosed housing defining an internal volume is disclosed, wherein the internal volume is divided by a partition wall defining a main chamber and an electronics compartment. The electronics compartment has a wireless communication module including a computer processor and transceiver. The main chamber has a single access for a targeted type of pest and a bait access door. A bait platform is located within the main chamber, and a bait monitoring sensor is also located within the main chamber. The bait monitoring sensor is communicatively coupled with the wireless communication module.
Abstract: A ready-to-use sprayer comprises a container defining an interior compartment for containing a liquid product and having a pin receiver located near the rear portion and an opening located near the front portion, a housing having a main chamber and a grip portion, a nozzle in selective fluid communication with the outlet of the fluid chamber, a pivot switch on the exterior of the housing for selecting a fluid flow condition for the main chamber, and the housing being coupled to the container at the container opening and the pin receiver.

Abstract: Various embodiments include a container for hydroponically growing plants. The container has a bottom surface and an open top surface and a fluid reservoir having at least a portion of the volume between the bottom surface and the top surface. A pump is positioned at a bottom portion of the fluid reservoir. A length of tubing connects the pump to a valve that is further connected to additional tubing. A plurality of jets are connected to the additional tubing to spray fluid internal to the fluid reservoir. Further, there is a support structure, configured to fit into the open top surface, that has support components for interconnecting a plurality of openings and supporting the plurality of jets. Finally, a cover plate is configured to fit over the support structure in the open top surface.

Abstract: Herbicide-adjuvant composition compositions for controlling weed plants are disclosed. A herbicide-adjuvant composition includes a phenoxy-based herbicide and a petroleum-based adjuvant. The petroleum-based adjuvant may include a mixture of alicyclic hydrocarbons ranging from C17 to C29 and a hydro-treated heavy naphthenic distillate. The herbicide-adjuvant composition may include a viscosity modifier. Also disclosed are granules coated in a herbicide-adjuvant composition. The granule may be a fertilizer granule or a carrier granule. A method of controlling a weed plant including spreading a plurality of granules coated with a herbicide-adjuvant composition on the weed plant. The phenoxy-based herbicide and the petroleum-based adjuvant are spread on the weed plant in a single step.
