Abstract: A movable platform assembly comprises a base portion, able to be fixed to a support structure, and at least one pivotable arm hinged at one end with the base portion, about a first hinging axis, and at the other end with a loading platform, about a second hinging axis, the pivotable arm being able to be rotated by means of actuating devices, which are designed to allow the platform to maintain a constant inclination with respect to the base portion during rotation of the pivotable arm. The actuating devices comprise a first and a second rotary actuator mounted on the first and second hinging axis, respectively.

Abstract: A foldaway balcony comprises a platform structure tiltably mounted on a wall and a rail structure mounted to the platform structure. The platform structure comprises a box-like support structure and a planar floor structure which are tiltable relative to the wall separately from each other. The rail structure comprises a plurality of rail elements, which are hinged at the edge of the support structure of the platform structure, and are tiltable between a stored position, in which they lay within the support structure, and a deployed position, in which they stand relative to the support structure. When the platform structure moves from the closed position to the open position, first the support structure is tilted, then the rail elements move from the stored position to the deployed position, and finally the floor structure is tilted.

Abstract: A door including a main frame, a wing and a sealing apparatus which is interposed between main frame and wing when the door is in the closed condition. The sealing apparatus including a gasket extending along the main frame and a movable sealing member supported by the main frame, and exerting a compressive force on the gasket against the wing when the door is in the closed condition. An operating device moves the movable sealing member between an activated position, in which the movable member exerts the compressive force on the gasket, and a disabled condition, in which the movable member removes the compressive force from the gasket. The movable sealing member comprises a sealing counter-frame which extends along the whole perimeter of the main frame and is movable with respect to the wing when the door is in the closed condition, in a direction perpendicular to the door.

Abstract: A manual gangway (1) for a boat (S) comprises a proximal gangway element (2) and a distal gangway element (3) which define a passage surface (P) for the transit of persons. The proximal gangway element (2) is provided at a proximal end (4b) with a connection device (22, 24) which allows the gangway to be removably assembled to the boat. The gangway elements each comprise a support element (4, 5), consisting of a profile of box-like section, and a respective panel (6, 7) above it forming said passage surface. Each support element and respective panel are assembled in such a way that the support element is located along the centre line of the respective panel, when seen in plan view. The support element (7) of the distal gangway element (3) can slide inside the support element (6) of the proximal gangway element (4) in such a way as to give rise to a telescopic-extension configuration.

Abstract: A movable platform unit (1) for a boat (B), in particular for launching or hauling out a tender or the like, includes a base portion (2) secured to the boat (B) and at least one swing arm (32a, 32b), pivoted at one end onto the base portion (2) and at the other to a load platform (3). The swing arm (32a, 32b) can be rotated by a first drive member (57) secured thereto and rotatable about the axis (x) about which the swing arm (32a, 32b) is pivoted on the base portion (2).
