Patents Assigned to Otre AB
  • Patent number: 6841053
Abstract: An electronic tongue for the detection of ozone is based on voltammetry, and comprises at least one working electrode and a counter electrode, wherein the working electrode(s) is(are) made of one or more transition metals or Au, or alloys thereof, or alloys thereof with other metals. The data processing is made by multivariate analysis. The sensor can be implemented on-line or in-line in a processing plant where it is desirable to monitor and control ozone levels, e.g. sterilization and purification plants.

  • Patent number: 6723294
Abstract: An ozone generator includes a dielectric member having first and second faces, a first electrode provided on the first face of the member, and a second electrode provided on the second face of the member. The first electrode can be an electrically conductive plate, having a first and a second face. It is provided with at least one elongated recess in the first face. The first face is in contact with the first face of the dielectric member, such that the recess(es) and the dielectric member define channels in cooperation with the dielectric plate.

  • Patent number: 6664776
Abstract: Parallel measurements on a plurality of working electrodes E1-E4 during the same pulse-sequence permits voltammetric characterization by, during each cycle of a predetermined pulse-sequence, performing a predetermined number of measurement procedures, each including the steps of: 1) removing the applied first potential P1 from all but one of the working electrodes E1-E4, 2) registering the current passing through the working electrode E1, E2, E3 or E4 still having the first potential P1 applied thereto, 3) storing the registered value in a data storage unit, and 4) applying the first potential P1 on all working electrodes. Thereafter, the stored values are analyzed using a predetermined mathematical model to produce a result.

  • Patent number: 6585898
Abstract: A system for production of water having dissolved ozone includes a water feeding section, a container part, an ozone feeding part for feeding ozone to a mixing part dissolving ozone in the water, the mixing part drawing water from the lower part of the container, an ozone measuring part for measuring the ozone concentration of the water in the container, a water pump for circulating the water from the lower part to an upper part of the container in dependence of the measured ozone concentration and from the ozone feeding section to the mixing part in dependence of a predetermined ozone concentration, the container having an outlet for water having the predetermined concentration of ozone.
