Abstract: Embodiments of the invention concern a supercharger (1) for feeding honey and beeswax mixture into a honey and beeswax separation screw, which comprises at least a filter pipe (3), a pipe connection fitting (4), an inlet pipe (7) for honey and beeswax mixture and an inlet pipe connection (6) for the honey and beeswax mixture inlet pipe. In an embodied supercharger, the pipe connection fitting (4) is connected radially to the side of the filter pipe (3) and to the other end of the pipe connection fitting is connected the inlet pipe (7) for honey and beeswax mixture using the inlet pipe connection (6) for the honey and beeswax mixture inlet pipe.
Abstract: Disclosed is a honeycomb frame wax cap pricking device including base frame, spike assemblies and a movement mechanism, wherein the pricking mechanism of the pricking device has a rotatable eccentric mechanism.
Abstract: A device for uncapping wax cappings (13) that cover honeycombs (14). Before extracting, the sealed honeycombs (14) have to be uncapped in order to be able to spin the honey out of the honeycombs (14). The cutting system of this device allows, besides full-sized honeycombs (14), also a precise uncapping of undersized honeycombs (14) or shallow and deformed honeycomb structures, which cannot be uncapped using traditional cutting systems. The device includes rotatably mounted perforating elements (11, 12), and supporting elements (5, 6), on which the perforating elements (11, 12) are mounted. Secondly, the supporting elements are pivoted on a base for turning movement. Thirdly, the device has supporting elements equipped with a spring for pressing them against the honeycomb (14) with such a force that enables the piercing elements to go through the wax cappings (13) and into the honeycombs without damaging the other structures of honeycomb frame (2).
Abstract: The structure of the filter assembly of the beeswax separation screw includes cylindrical filter components attached to each other one after the other. One of these filter components includes a cylindrical filter pipe, at the ends of which are mounted flanges. The filter components are tightly attached with bolts so that opposite flanges of the filter components mounted one after the other settle against each other. The first filter component of the structure is open at its top under a feed hopper and the following filter components are closed, the sides of all filter components having small holes, through which the increasing pressure forces the honey out. The other end of the filter component is mounted to the body of the beeswax separation screw. The structure is beneficial when including only two filter components in which case the first component includes the whole length of the compression zone.
