Abstract: Golf course playing apparatus includes a booklet showing the layout of each hole on the golf course with distance grids marked thereon so that ball locations from each stroke may be identified and located for statistical correlation of strokes with different golf clubs, and a score card is included which is consecutively exposed on a hole-by-hole basis. In addition, the booklet apparatus includes space for other information, such as historical information, instruction, advertising, and the like. A computer system is provided for compiling statistical information from the recorded information.
