Abstract: A joint for insulating panels is disclosed. Each panel has an exterior metal plate and an interior metal plate, between which an insulating filling material is inserted. One end of the interior metal plate has a depression which extends along a flange towards the interior of the panel. The other end of the interior metal plate has a projection corresponding to the depression, the projection extending along a flange towards the interior of the panel. The relationship between the height of the depression/projection (B) and the thickness of the panel (A) is ##EQU1## At least one of the surfaces of the panels abutting each other has an elastic isolating element positioned between the exterior metal plate and one of the flanges of the interior metal plate.

Abstract: Anchoring plate for joining prefabricated insulation panels, which presents a cross-section and longitudinal section which has an inverted "U" shaped wide core and short flanges slightly inclined with regard to the core and which rest in said channels, and which presents several orifices lined-up lengthwise and centered in the core, with an anchoring solution(s) going through at least one of the orifices to attach the unit to the structure, going through one of the panels.

Abstract: A panel joining system of the kind that comprises two rigid and preferably metal plates between which a suitable insulating fill material is inserted, and where the panels are arranged in flush formation to one another, and each one possesses a grooved inset with respect to the plane thereof at the end on one of its faces at least, for the purpose of inserting a join cover to conceal the connection between panels from the outside, and where each panel possesses also a second innermost slot or groove close by to the first such groove as described, for the purpose of housing a bolt head or nut whose function is to secure the join between panels and, if applicable, to attach them to a stationary anchorage.
