Abstract: A computing device, machine-readable medium, and method associated with identifying viruses on a mobile device are disclosed. In embodiments, a computing device may include a communication interface, one or more storage media containing instructions, and a processing unit coupled to the communication interface and the one or more storage media. The instructions, when executed by the processor, may configure the computing device to analyze files, received by the computing device, for the presence of a virus. The instructions, when executed by the processor, may further notify the mobile device when the presence of a virus is detected.
