  • Patent number: 11161719
Abstract: A safety load hook with a lower part defining a curved hook mouth with a hook opening of a predefined nominal width. An upper part is attached to the lower part and is pivotable into an open position for insertion or removal of a load, and into a closed position blocking insertion of a load or removal of a load. A marking is on each of the end regions of the upper part and lower part which face one another in the closed state. When closed, and when a size of the hook opening corresponds to the nominal width, the lower part marking is offset from the upper part marking. The offset distance is chosen such that when there is a predefined maximum widening of the hook mouth in relation to the predefined nominal width thereof, both markings are located directly side by side in the closed state.

  • Patent number: 11142432
Abstract: A safety load hook with a lower part having a hook throat to which a pivotable upper part is fastened, which, in an open position, allows a load to be suspended on the hook throat and, in a closed position, blocks the hook throat. The upper part is blockable in the closed position by a locking arrangement which includes a locking lever that is pivotable into a release position and a locked position, is pre-tensionable into the locked position by a tensioning spring, is fastened to the lower part with the tensioning spring via the support bolt and, in the locked position, engages in a receiver on the upper part by way of a shaped projection. The locking lever includes a lever on its side opposite the shaped projection, with a center of mass on the lateral surface of the receiving bore for the support bolt.

  • Patent number: 10953488
Abstract: A linear friction welding machine comprising a compression unit and an oscillator unit, each having a clamping holder for a workpiece. Both clamping holders are configured such that workpieces are held with the surfaces thereof to be welded, aligned and facing each other. The clamping holder of the compression unit is linearly movable relative to the clamping holder of the oscillator unit, and the latter is movable in an oscillating manner at right angles transversely with respect to the direction of travel of the compression unit and fixed to ends of vertical and horizontal supports which can be deflected laterally in a sprung manner in the oscillation direction, the other ends of which are anchored rigidly on supporting bodies. The supports are flexible under deflection in the oscillation direction but are designed to resist buckling when the clamping holders are loaded in the direction of travel of the compression unit.

  • Patent number: 10399826
Abstract: A suspension ring for multistrand lifting tackle comprises two parallel rectilinear legs connected to one another at their ends by arcuate connecting legs. A lower connecting leg is along a longitudinal center line of the ring, extending as a circular segment in the central region of its extent and in the two regions in which it merges into each of the two legs. The radii of the rounded portions on the inside of the ring are less than half the internal width of the ring but greater than half the diameter of the legs, and the central region in the form of a circular segment is connected at its ends to the transitional region as a circular segment to the adjacent leg via a rectilinear intermediate segment of the connecting leg. An angle of the intermediate segment ranges from 50° to 75° to the longitudinal center line of the ring.

  • Patent number: 9664224
Abstract: A ring nut. A suspension ring includes a base having a sleeve with a threaded bore that is rotatably mounted in a penetration opening. The sleeve is supported by a circumferential annular collar at a bearing surface, surrounding the penetration opening, that is on an exterior at the end of the sleeve facing away from the underside of the base with a non-rotationally symmetrical head profile. The sleeve protrudes at the lower end into a central opening of a disc resting against the underside of the base and is connected thereto in a rotationally fixed manner but does not project at the underside from the disc. A locking member on the base can be brought into a locking position, cooperating with the head profile for locking in the rotational direction, and into a neutral position where the head profile is released in the direction of rotation.

  • Patent number: 9328800
Abstract: A chain joint for link chains, having a main body in the form of an oval chain link with two mutually parallel longitudinal legs which are connected to one another at their ends via a rounded link portion, one defining a receiving opening for receiving chain links. The receiving opening is bounded at its ends by one longitudinal leg section, wherein, in the longitudinal leg, a threaded bore runs in the longitudinal direction and extends in both longitudinal leg sections. A closure screw engages the threaded bore in both longitudinal leg sections, so that, while maintaining the predefined sizes for outer circumference and link width of the main body, the main body, in the region of its longitudinal legs, includes a profile cross section that is larger than the profile cross section in the region of its rounded link portions.
