Abstract: Provided is a repair-pipeldesig led-pipe measuring system for measuring the flange faces of a pair of flanges at both ends of a repair pipe or a designed pipe and obtaining spatial position data of the flange faces, the repair pipe being brought in a factory and repaired when a defect such as leakage occurs in a pipe used for carrying a liquid or a gas in ships, plants, and other places in order that the defective portion is reworked, and the designed pipe being made on the basis of a design in order that the error between the design and itself is checked. An object (2) to be measured such as a pipe or the like is set between a reference stage to which a position measuring device (3) previously invented by the present inventor for the purpose of another use is attached and a related stage which is processed to have an accurate positional relationship with respect to the reference stage and to which the position measuring device is attachable.

Abstract: A simple, compact, lightweight, and inexpensive pipe assembling device (1) for welding and affixing connection flanges (3, 4) to both ends of a connection pipe (2) with high reproducible accuracy on the basis of electronic data for manufacturing design pipes, the connection pipe (2) comprising a straight pipe or a bent pipe for conveying fluid such as gas or running water. The pipe assembling device comprises a pair of left and right, the first and second flange positioning mechanisms (5, 6), at least one of which can move on a horizontal plane so as to approach and separate from each other in the direction in which the pair is separated from each other.

Abstract: A packaging machine and a weighing apparatus low in equipment cost, small in installation space, and allowing a reduction in time required from the manufacture of packaged bodies to the completion of weighing to increase productivity. The stick packaged bodies are weighed by a weighing load cell in the housing of the stick packaging machine. Accordingly, the stick packaged bodies must not be fed to a weighing stage apart from the packaging machine by a belt conveyor. Therefore, the equipment cost can be reduced, and the installation space for the stick packaged bodies including peripheral equipment can also be reduced. In addition, the productivity can be increased since the time required for the stick packaged bodies to pass a weighing requirement to be formed in products is shortened.
