The system comprises a computer-based device residing at a first location having a computer software application for producing a photo product component from a digital image, and a computer software template residing at a second location for receiving the photo product component transferred from the first location to produce at least one purchase or print ready photo-specialty product.

The performance metric acts to facilitate evaluation of one or more aspects of photographic performance.
