The wire structure includes a main body and at least three convex portions. The main body has a center defined by its centroid and a periphery defined by the perimeter of the main body. The convex portions protrude from and are adjacently arranged around the periphery. At least one convex portion is tangent to the first plane, and at least two convex portions are tangent to the second plane. The number of the at least one convex portion tangent to the first plane is not equal to the number of the at least two convex portions tangent to the second plane.

Abstract: The present disclosure illustrates a power controller adapted for controlling the operation of a power socket. The power controller includes a first signal transmission interface and a first micro-control unit. The first signal transmission interface receives power control flow data and a mode signal for the peripheral devices of a host computer. The first micro-control unit outputs a control signal in accordance with the received periphery power control flow data and the received mode signal from a host computer. Further, the first micro-control unit through the communication established between a first communication unit and the second communication unit of the power socket outputs a control signal to the power socket, in order to control the power socket to power or not to power the peripheral devices after a predetermined time delay.

Abstract: Disclosed is an outdoor electrical power receptacle, comprising a main body, a mounting member, and an extension power cord, wherein an upper end of the mounting member couples to the main body. The extension power cord, couples to each of controllable power outlets disposed on the main body and extended out of the main body for connecting to an external power source. Herein, the main body further includes a power switching module, a wireless transceiver, and a microprocessor. The power switching module couples to each controllable power outlet. The wireless transceiver receives a control signal. The microprocessor coupled to the wireless transceiver and the power switching module, drives the power switching module so as to control each of the controllable power outlets to be conducted in response to the control signal. A control system of the outdoor electrical power receptacle according to the present invention is also provided.

Abstract: A light-emitting power connector is disclosed. The light-emitting power connector includes an insulating plug receiving portion, a shell, and a light emitting diode (LED). The insulating plug receiving portion includes a base from which a light penetrating part and a tongue section extend and a plurality of the conductive terminals. The shell is connected to the insulating plug receiving portion and located outside of the tongue section to define a socket between the shell and the tongue section. The LED is installed at a first predetermined position in the insulating plug receiving portion to ensure the shell and the light penetrating part are located within a viewing angle of the LED.

Abstract: The present invention provides a smart power management system, comprising a power management apparatus and at least one electric socket device. The plurality of electric socket devices produce a second wireless signal according to power consumption, and the power management apparatus receives the second wireless signal and computes relevant cost or the carbon footprint information shown on a display unit for reference. In addition, the power management apparatus also compares a setup signal inputted by a user to the second wireless signal, the electricity cost or the carbon footprint information to produce a first wireless signal, thereby controlling the plurality of electric socket devices for providing power supply or stopping power supply.

Abstract: A control box includes a shell, a display hole, an active member, an indicating member and an interlinking member. The display hole is formed in the shell. The active member has a turn-on end and a turn-off end and is pivotally connected with the shell so as to seesaw. The indicating member is movably disposed in the shell and has a first identifiable portion and a second identifiable portion. The interlinking member is connected between the active member and the indicating member to drive the indicating member to move. Accordingly, when the active member seesaws under the effect of an external force, the indicating member is driven by the interlinking member to show the first identifiable portion or the second identifiable portion in the display hole.

Abstract: A detachment-preventing plug for hooking a socket is provided. The detachment-preventing plug comprises a body unit, two conducting pins, a slider member and two resilient hooking members. The body unit has a compartment for receiving the slider member. Each of the resilient hooking members has a protruding portion and an exposing hooking end. Each of the protruding portions protrudes toward the slider member and is engaged with the slider member, and a hooking portion is formed on each of the exposing hooking ends. The two conducting pins have two slots respectively. When the two conducting pins are inserted into the socket, the two resilient hooking members are adapted to pass through the two slots and hook the socket by the two hooking portions, wherein a user could drive the slider to make the two resilient hooking members establish a releasing configuration or a hooking configuration.

The movable part movably passes through the opening on the second case and has a second accommodating space.

Abstract: A switch module is disclosed. The switch module includes a casing, a plurality of conductive terminals and a switching part. The conductive terminals are mounted on the casing and the switching part is connected to the casing pivotally. At least one of the conductive terminals is a clamping unit that is capable of piercing an insulation layer of a cable before electrically connecting to a conductive core of the cable. Thus, the cable may be electrically connected to the conductive terminal without detaching from the conductive terminal.

Abstract: A varistor for protecting a power circuit from explosion and flaming is disclosed. The varistor includes a surge absorber sintered at a first predetermined temperature and having a plurality of electrodes, a plurality of leads connected to the electrodes respectively, a coating enrobing the surge absorber, and the ceramic case sintered at a second predetermined temperature and housing the surge absorber and the coating. The second predetermined temperature is higher than the first predetermined temperature. The ceramic case has a plurality of openings for the leads to extend outside of the ceramic case. The ceramic case is made from Al2O3, SiO2 and MgO.

Abstract: A power system with light-controlled function and the control method thereof, which power system comprising a light sensor module, a first microprocessor, a wireless transmitter, at least one controlled socket, a wireless receiver and a second microprocessor. The light sensor module outputs a first electrical signal according to the brightness of light. The first microprocessor is coupled to the light sensor module and outputs a first control signal according to the first electrical signal. The wireless transmitter is coupled to the first microprocessor and transmits the first control signal to the wireless receiver. The second microprocessor is coupled to the wireless receiver and the aforementioned controlled socket so as to control the state of power supply in the above-said controlled socket according to the first control signal.

The protection module has a casing, a switch unit, a protection circuit and a plurality of conductive terminals, wherein the switch unit connects with protection circuit and the conductive terminals. Whereby, when the protection module is recessed in the accommodation portion, the conductive terminals are plugged in the conductive jacks and the switch unit controls the power input interface to be electrically connected with or electrically disconnected from the power output.

The interface is used to display the electricity consumption to be detected. The apparatus may display diverse power information through several functional combo keys. The interface is particularly implemented by software. The interface includes a value-display area, a parameter-type area with several changeable symbols or texts, a parameter-unit area indicative of unit of the value, a statistics-mode area for providing inquiry into the electric power information at different period zones, and a functional-key area. The functional-key area has several multi-functional keys and an energy-count key that is used to generate a reset and a stop command by repeating triggering. The energy-count key particularly provides the electric power information within a certain period.
