When the keycap is pressed down, the first circuit contact point of the upper film layer and the corresponding second circuit contact point of the lower film layer are contacted with each other.

When the swingable arm is swung to a first position, the magnetic element is aligned with the magnetic conductor. Consequently, a magnetic attraction force between the magnetic element and the magnetic conductor is generated. When the swingable arm is swung to a second position, the magnetic attraction force between the magnetic element and the magnetic conductor is eliminated.

While the actuating screw is rotated in response to a rotational force, the actuating screw is moved in a screwing manner, and the stopper is moved toward a region between the keycap and the switch. When the keycap is stopped by a first stopping part of the stopper, the keycap is switched from the pressable state to a non-pressable state.

Then, a paper ejection module ejects a first portion of the plural papers at a first speed, and then ejects a second portion of the plural papers at a second speed. Consequently, the plural papers are exited from the paper collection platform. Then, the management module is separated from the two lateral sides of the plural papers, so that the plural papers fall down to a supporting tray. The first speed is faster than the second speed.

The stopper is detachably connected between the keycap and the elastic element. When the keycap is stopped by the stopper, the keycap is switched from the pressable state to a non-pressable state.
