    Abstract: The thermal management system disclosed herein includes a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, and a thermoelectric pad. The thermoelectric pad is positioned such that it is in thermal contact with the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger. The thermoelectric pad may therefore be positioned between the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger to both heat and cool a substrate as desired.
