Abstract: The present invention refers to a coated textile product comprising a fabric substrate layer; a resin-based intermediate layer; and a protecting coating upper layer, wherein the protective layer comprises at least a first primer sublayer, a second printing sublayer, a third transparent sublayer, and a fourth protection sublayer, wherein the first sublayer is on top of the resin-based intermediate layer, and the protection sublayer is the most external layer of the textile product. In addition, the invention refers to a manufacture process to produce the coated textile product, including the surface treatment of the intermediate layer carried out to improve the adhesion of top coating layers avoiding the use of foams or adhesives.
