    Abstract: Disclosed are a method of manufacturing a billet used in plastic working for producing a composite member and a billet manufactured by the method. The method includes (A) ball-milling powders of two more materials to prepare a composite powder and (B) preparing a multi-layered billet containing the composite powder. The multi-layered billet includes a core layer and two or more shell layers. The shell layers except for the outermost shell layer are made of the composite powder. The outermost shell layer is made of a pure metal or metal alloy. The composite powders contained in the core layer and each of the shell layers have different compositions. The method has an advantage of manufacturing a plastic working billet being capable of overcoming the limitation of a single-material billet and enabling production of a characteristic-specific composite member such as a clad member.

Through the present invention, a system may be implemented whereby a surgeon may acquire, in real-time during an operation, an autofluorescence image of the parathyroid glands by using a near-infrared light source, and an auto focus function may be used, and visible light and near-infrared autofluorescence images may be simultaneously fused and acquired without having to turn off the lights in an operating room.

The apparatus may include a measurement unit comprising multiple sensors and configured to measure whether a crack exists at a measurement target, and an analysis unit configured to determine whether a crack exists, on the basis of measurement values of the respective sensors. The measurement unit includes a fixing jig configured to fix the measurement target, an excitation means configured to apply a predetermined impact to the measurement target, and multiple acceleration sensors attached at predetermined locations on the measurement target. The analysis unit may further calculate frequency responses of the measurement target to the impact applied by the excitation means, and determine whether a crack exists by analyzing the number of resonance points and independence of the resonance points.
